Our Events
Reiki Infused Yoga & Meditation
Experience deep relaxation and energetic balance with our small-group classes.
Restorative Yoga (60 min) – A calming session incorporating grounding poses and Reiki to release tension and restore balance.
Guided Meditation (30 min) – A peaceful practice with breathwork, guided visualization, and quiet contemplation infused with Reiki energy.
